I ordered a big, double wick candle from the online store, and was immediately impressed with the fast response and delivery time. Unfortunately, it arrived broken, so I followed the instructions on the handy letter that was shipped with my candle and sent a picture to the customer service e-mail address. I got a response within minutes, and without having to say another word, a new candle was being shipped to me, free of charge. I'm a huge fan of candles! Whenever I'm at home, I always have a candle or two burning because I love the scents and the ambiance a lit candle adds to a room.
