Credit Card Policy

  • Your card is not charged until your order ships or the expiration of 21 days from time of order.
  • If we can fill your order in 21 days, your credit card will be charged just prior to shipping.
  • If we cannot fill your order in 21 days, your credit card will be charged and the order will ship out once completed.
  • Product sold from this website is considered custom manufactured goods and as such can be charged and processed at time of sale.
  • We do are best however, not to charge your card until the order ships in the spirit of the honour system (or 21 days)...

Shipping Policy

  • Our authorized shipping agents are FedEx and Canada Post.
  • We use RTR's (Real Time Rates) to determine actual shipping costs.
  • We do not inflate or discount actual shipping costs from our authorized agents.
